It's been a minute! What have I been...

Reading: I've read 7 books in April, so far. I finally finished Lore of the Tides which is coming out July 8, 2025 and y'all neeeeeeed to get on that one. I had the best time listening to the Cowboys of California Series by Rebekah Weatherspoon 🥵
Star Child by Ibi Zoboi was truly beautiful and the 2nd book in the TJ Young & The Orishas series was action-packed. My most recent read was The Queen's Spade and if you love a good revenge story with historical inspo, you need to read it.

Watching: We have been watching a mixture of things like anime, reality tv, and fantastical dramas intermittently. The Masked Singer, SpyxFamily, Sakamoto Days, and Love on the Spectrum have been great for boosting my mood while Solo Leveling and The Rings of Power pull me all the way into their worlds.

Listening: Sadly, I haven't been listening to a lot of music lately, which I plan to remedy. The music that I have listened to has been mostly pop and R&B. Some of the songs I've been vibing to are Someone to Call My Lover by Janet Jackson, Almost Doesn't Count by Brandy, Escúchame by PJ Sin Suela & Chuwi, the Jupiter album by Nao, Push 2 Start Remix by Tyla and Sean Paul, and Teddy Swim's album I've Tried Everything but Therapy (Part 2).
